And to celebrate and share our experiences at the TU Delft specifically, we have made a documentary on achieving between autonomy and collabration between PhD candidate and supervisor.


We work collaboratively creating new academic landscapes through e.g. active learning, question-asking, immediate feedback loops, design thinking and radical innovation. If you wish to change things which are hard to change, we use the grassroots approach: building momentum to reach the pivoting point for big changes.
